Tour Itinerary

  • Day 1. Arrival in Arusha

Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport, where your Big Time Adventures guide will greet you and transfer you to Outpost Lodge in Arusha. Enjoy scenic views of rolling hills, coffee plantations, and local villages along the way. In the evening, unwind with dinner and a safari briefing, preparing for your 6-day Northern Circuit adventure.

    • Day 2. Arusha to Tarangire National Park & First Night Camping

    After breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park, famous for giant elephants, ancient baobabs, and the wildlife-rich Tarangire River. Enjoy a 4–5 hour game drive, spotting lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras, and over 500 bird species. Picnic lunch in the bush adds to the immersive experience. By late afternoon, settle into Migombani Campsite, where your tent awaits. Enjoy dinner under the stars and the sounds of the African bush.

      • Day 3. Tarangire to Central Serengeti

      After breakfast, journey north toward the Central Serengeti, passing through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area with its rolling highlands, dramatic caldera rims, and Maasai villages. Stop for wildlife sightings and a picnic lunch en route. Arrive at Nyani Public Campsite, set up your tent, and spend the evening relaxing under the starry African sky.
