Arrive at Kilimanjaro Airport and transfer to your lodge in Arusha. Enjoy a gentle canoeing trip on Lake Duluti, surrounded by forest and birdlife, followed by a guided Arusha City tour exploring markets and cultural sites. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, head to Arusha National Park for a gentle morning game drive, spotting giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, monkeys, and colorful birds. Enjoy a family-paced guided nature walk, learning about animal tracks, plants, and insects. In the afternoon, experience a horseback safari, designed for beginners and children in a safe, controlled setting. Return to Arusha for lunch and a relaxed evening.

After breakfast, drive to Mto wa Mbu Village for a guided cycling or walking tour through farms and plantations. Meet local farmers, learn about food production, and enjoy a farm-to-table lunch. After breakfast, travel to Lake Eyasi for an interactive cultural experience with the Hadzabe, one of Tanzania’s last hunter-gatherer tribes. Learn about traditional hunting, food gathering, fire-making, and storytelling in a family-friendly setting. Meet the Datoga people to explore blacksmithing and traditional crafts, offering children hands-on cultural insights. Return to Karatu in the late afternoon for relaxation and overnight.

After breakfast, visit the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day, family-friendly game drive to spot lions, elephants, zebras, wildebeest, and flamingos. Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the crater before visiting a Maasai village to learn about their traditions, music, and daily life. Later, return to Arusha for drop-off at Kilimanjaro Airport (JRO) or your hotel, concluding the safari.
