3-Day Tanzania Wildlife Safari – Shared Adventure

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you’ll be warmly greeted by the Big Time Adventure team and transferred to a comfortable hotel in Arusha. Enjoy scenic views of rolling hills, coffee plantations, and local Maasai villages along the way, with Mount Kilimanjaro often visible on clear days. If time allows, take a short stroll through Arusha’s vibrant streets, markets, and handicraft shops. Dinner is served at the hotel, followed by a briefing on the upcoming safari, covering the itinerary, safety, and travel tips.

After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, passing farmlands, Maasai villages, and acacia-studded plains. Upon arrival, enjoy a game drive through the park’s baobab-studded landscapes, spotting elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, and a variety of birds. Lunch is served in the park before continuing to Mto wa Mbu for check-in at a lodge or public campsite. In the evening, gather around a bonfire as guides share wildlife insights and stories from the day.

Drive from Karatu to the Ngorongoro Crater, the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera. Embark on a full-day game drive, exploring grasslands, forested areas, and waterholes. Spot the Big Five—lions, elephants, rhinos, buffalo, leopards—along with zebras, wildebeests, and flamingos. Afterward, visit a Maasai village to learn about local traditions, crafts, and pastoral life. In the late afternoon, return to Arusha for a celebratory dinner and reflections on your safari adventure.
