  • Day 1 — Arrival and Coffee Experience

Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) and meet your Big Time Adventures guide for a scenic transfer to Arusha (1–1.5 hours), passing Mount Meru, local villages, coffee farms, and Maasai herders. Check in at Arusha Planet Lodge for comfort and relaxation after your flight. Later, enjoy a guided coffee experience hosted by Elewana, walking through lush plantations and learning the journey of coffee from bean to cup, ending with a fresh brew. In the evening, gather for a welcome dinner and safari briefing, preparing you for the adventure ahead.

    • Day 2 — Tarangire Day Trip

    After breakfast, depart Arusha for Tarangire National Park (approx. 2–2.5 hours), passing Maasai villages, farmland, and scenic Rift Valley plains. Enjoy a full-day game drive in this wildlife-rich park, famous for its towering baobabs, large elephant herds, and diverse landscapes of savannah, acacia woodland, and riverine forest. Spot lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, and over 500 bird species.
